Safety Spotters is a website of free online-safety resources for children aged 5 to 14, published by Verity AI Ltd. We have built this site to hold as little personal data as possible.
Browsing the site and reading or downloading resources requires no account and no personal information. We do not run behavioural advertising and we do not sell data.
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the details you send (such as your name, email and message) and use them only to reply. We do not use them for anything else and we do not pass them on.
If you request a free copy at safetyspotters.com/free, you give us your email address so we can send you the book. If you tick the consent box, we also send occasional notes about new books. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email. Our lawful basis for this is your consent.
Your email is stored and the messages are sent through Resend, our email provider, which processes this data on our behalf within the European Union (Ireland). This is an email address you give us as an adult; we never ask a child for one. We do not sell your email or use it for anything else.
The site uses no non-essential cookies, no analytics and no third-party tracking. There is nothing about your browsing to consent to.
The site is intended to be safe for children to read. It does not ask children for personal information, does not require sign-up, and contains no live AI chat.
